This policy explains what Sri Kateramma Astro ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Booking form: your name, mobile number, the concern you select, how you'd like to consult and, for in-person meetings, the centre you choose.
- Advertising details: if you arrive from an ad, the campaign details in the link (such as utm parameters and the Google click ID) are stored with your request so we know which ads work.
- Usage data: with your consent, cookies from Google and Microsoft record how the site is used, as described below.
How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about your consultation and to run our practice. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. Birth details and anything you discuss in a consultation are kept confidential.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which ads lead to bookings, calls and WhatsApp messages. This may include sending a hashed (scrambled) version of your phone number to Google to match a booking to an ad click, a feature called Enhanced Conversions.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity records sessions, including mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, as anonymised replays and heatmaps. It does not record what you type into the form. See the Microsoft privacy statement.
These tools only set advertising and analytics cookies after you click "Accept" on the cookie bar. If you choose "Essential only", Google receives limited, cookieless signals. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
The form may be protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to serve you and keep basic records, and then delete them.
